We will email an invoice with instructions on how to pay via credit card (no extra fees) or electronic funds transfer. If payment needs to be spread over a couple of transactions, that’s fine, call us to arrange.

On day of dispatch, we will be in touch with tracking details via email
Our freight partner, Mainfreight, will contact you, to schedule a convenient delivery date once goods arrive at the delivery depot.
Deliveries can take place between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Mainfreight will deliver to where ever they can safely place the pallet using either a pallet jack or Hiab, depending on which product was ordered.

If you have selected our installation option, once payment has been received, installation will be scheduled with a certified installer with a tentative date.
Our team will then contact you with a confirmed installation date and provide the installer contact details.
We will then schedule the delivery to take place to get to you prior to the installation date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Real estate agents often recommend cedar studios and sheds to sellers because the added value typically outweighs the investment.
No problem. The heavy-duty floor kit includes treated pine posts (750 mm) that can be adjusted to create a level base. For sites with significant slope, Stilla can provide longer posts or alternative solutions.
It’s not essential, but highly recommended. Without a coating, cedar naturally weathers to a silver-grey finish without losing strength or durability.
Not if you choose the heavy-duty floor kit, it can be installed directly onto uneven ground. If you already have a slab, the studio can be assembled directly onto it.
Cedar is naturally termite resistant, and the internal framing is treated pine, making termite damage highly unlikely. In the rare case it occurs, the studio is covered under Stilla’s 10-year warranty.
Yes. Each kit is supplied with pre-assembled panels that simply screw together, designed to make installation as smooth as possible.
Yes. Professional installation can be added at the time of purchase.
