Free Nationwide Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders shipped within New Zealand. Please note this excludes deliveries to offshore islands or very remote locations — please contact us prior to ordering if you're unsure whether your location qualifies.

Returns
If your order has left our warehouse and you decide you no longer need your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to initiate a return. Please note:
- You will be responsible for all return freight costs
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Your product will be collected within one week of us receiving your return request
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the goods back
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a resolution.
