Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.stilla.co.nz and are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

These terms are between you (the customer) and STILLA Group Ltd ("Stilla", "we", "us", or "our"), a company operating in New Zealand.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise negotiated, payment for goods and/or services is to be received in full by Stilla prior to dispatch. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Stilla reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without notice, however any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Stilla. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Delivery

Free nationwide delivery is available on all orders within New Zealand, excluding offshore islands and very remote locations. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Stilla is not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stilla's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. We encourage customers to contact us in the first instance to resolve any issues.
