In the event that your order has left our warehouse and you decide you no longer need your product, send us an email within 7 days of receiving the product to start the refund process, you will be liable for all freight costs and a 20% restocking fee, your product will be picked up within a week from receiving your return request and you will be refunded once we receive the goods back to our warehouse. The refund will go back to the original payment method within 7 days of Stilla receiving the goods. If your order has not left the warehouse and is a standard order and you would like to cancel, we can refund you in full and cancel the order.
