Cancellations/Change of mind

In the event that your order has left our warehouse and you decide you no longer need your product, send us an email within 7 days of receiving the product to start the refund process, you will be liable for all freight costs and a 20% restocking fee, your product will be picked up within a week from receiving your return request and you will be refunded once we receive the goods back to our warehouse. The refund will go back to the original payment method within 7 days of Stilla receiving the goods.

Damaged in transit

Stilla goes to great lengths to package the products in a way that they don’t get damaged in transit however if in the unfortunate circumstance they do, Stilla at their sole discrepancy will promptly decide on whether to ship new parts or to return the entire product and ship a full replacement. A Stilla representative will in most cases request images of the damage to determine the most efficient way to resolve any damage issues.

Missing parts

If a product has been delivered and parts are missing, Stilla will promptly ship the parts. A Stilla representative will be in touch via email or phone to obtain your order number, part numbers for the missing parts, Delivery address and any other details needed to promptly ship the parts.
