We value your feedback, so keep it coming!

It’s easy for us to say that we want to do everything we can to make sure each customer gets the right shed for his or her needs, but we do try very hard to live up to that credo.

We’re not happy simply selling lots of sheds (although we admit, we like selling lots of sheds!), because we’re much happier when we know that we have lots and lots of satisfied customers.

However, we also want to hear from people who have had issues or have suggestions for ways we can improve our products or our service. If we can do better in any way, that will only help us be more successful and more viable as an ongoing business.

 

If we did well, tell your friends. If we didn’t, tell us.

Because we’re in a business which doesn’t sell a consumable product that people come back for regularly, we’ll always be looking for new customers.

That means we know that a good review or recommendation from a happy customer is worth its weight in gold, especially if they then tell friends and colleagues.

At the same time, if anyone was to be disappointed in either the shed itself or their dealings with Stilla, that could be much more costly than just a single lost sale.

As a result, we remind all of our staff that we want to know what’s working well, what people are liking most, and if there’s anything at all people are not satisfied with.

While we appreciate compliments and positive feedback – we’re only human, after all – we are just as grateful to all our customers for believing in Stilla and our products, whether you say so out loud or not.

Thanks to Shannon, a long-time builder’s labourer, who told us: “Your sheds looked like they were a well-built product and when it came I was more than happy with what arrived at my home. It is the best quality shed that I have seen.”

Thanks to Karyn, from Doubleview in WA, who admitted to being a completely inexperienced DIYer: “but even I could manage to put the shed together following the instructions in the accompanying manual. I am very happy with the quality of the shed. I love the way it looks, and I love the clever design which meant that something so impressive was relatively simple to build.”

Thanks to Chris, from Willoughby in NSW, who said: “We are delighted with our shed and would like to thank you for your excellent customer service which enabled the building of this shed to proceed so efficiently.”

Thanks to Elizabeth, whose grandson is enjoying her shed as much as she is. She said: “The whole process, from ordering the shed through delivery to receiving the item, I found very courteous, professional and fast.”

He added: “Your customer support team went out of their way to give absolutely first-rate customer service, including one of them making themselves available by phone over the Easter holiday weekend in case I struck problems in assembling my shed kit.”
